Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer (Java + React) to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java along with hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks like React.js. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Backend Development (Java) :

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

- Implement security and data protection measures.

2. Frontend Development (React) :

- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular.js, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.

3. System & Collaboration :

- Participate in requirements analysis, design discussions, and sprint planning.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline and DevOps initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC.

- Hands-on experience in Angular, React.js (Hooks, Redux/Context API).

- Expertise in building RESTful APIs and Microservices.

- Knowledge of databases : Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.

- Familiarity with version control tools (Git).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, or similar tools.

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.

- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.

2. Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Adaptability to fast-paced, agile development cycles.
