As a Cyber Security Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of security engineers tasked with designing, building, and maintaining our enterprise security architecture.
With 9- 15 years of deep technical experience under your belt, you will serve as the strategic bridge between executive leadership and technical execution.
Your mission will be to pivot our infrastructure toward a mature Zero Trust Architecture, mature our cloud security posture, and champion identity-centric security programs (IAM/PAM) to safeguard enterprise assets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of security engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and proactive threat mitigation.
- Oversee the end-to-end engineering lifecycle of security tools, from initial evaluation and architecture design to deployment, tuning, and automation.
- Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex engineering issues affecting enterprise security tooling.
- Design, advocate for, and implement a comprehensive Zero Trust Architecture across corporate and production environments.
- Oversee the deployment and continuous optimization of Enterprise Detection and Response (EDR) tools to secure distributed endpoints.
- Executive oversight of Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks, ensuring strict adherence to the principle of least privilege.
- Drive Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives, scaling enterprise deployment of tools like CyberArk to isolate, monitor, and audit high-risk administrative accounts.
- Architect and enforce security guardrails across multi-cloud environments, specifically targeting AWS Security and Azure Security infrastructure.
- Implement Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and secure landing zones to eliminate drift, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps in cloud workloads.
- Lead the engineering, data ingestion, and optimization of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms, utilizing Splunk for centralized visibility.
- Develop advanced correlation rules, dashboards, and automated playbooks to accelerate threat detection and incident response workflows.
- Ensure all engineered security systems and architectures comply with major security standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, GDPR).
- Support internal and external compliance audits by providing technical evidence, architecture diagrams, and configuration baselines.
Technical Requirements :
- Deep technical expertise in IAM concepts (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, Lifecycle Management) and hands-on architecture experience with PAM platforms, explicitly CyberArk.
- Advanced engineering knowledge of native cloud security controls within AWS (IAM, GuardDuty, KMS, Security Hub) and Azure (Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Key Vault).
- Advanced administration and engineering skills in Splunk or equivalent enterprise SIEM platforms (data onboarding, SPL optimization, cluster management).
- Proven experience deploying and maintaining enterprise-grade EDR or XDR platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Defender for Endpoint).
Experience :
- 9- 15 years of dedicated experience in Cyber Security Engineering, with at least 3+ years in a formal people-management or team leadership role.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Certifications (Preferred) :
- CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, or CyberArk Defender/Sentry
