Job Summary :

We are seeking highly skilled ServiceNow Developers with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ServiceNow platform customization, integrations, workflow automation, and user interface development. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Develop and customize Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.

- Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, and Integration Hub.

- Design and develop responsive Service Portal components, widgets, and custom pages.

- Configure and implement Playbooks to streamline business processes and improve user experience.

- Develop modern user experiences using UI Builder and Next Experience framework.

- Create and maintain automated workflows using Flow Designer.

- Implement and manage Access Control Lists (ACLs) to ensure data security and compliance.

- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
