SAP BTP Integration Developer

Role Description:

To further strengthen our cloud and integration capabilities, we are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Integration Developer to join our global One-GT product team.

As part of the One GT team, you will design, implement, and operate enterprise-grade integration solutions on SAP BTP, ensuring reliable data exchange across critical Finance processes such as General Ledger postings, balances, and reporting.

You will act as a key integration engineer, connecting SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP services, and external systems while ensuring compliance with Munich Res architectural, security, and regulatory standards.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite

- Analyze integration requirements in close collaboration with business analysts and functional teams

- Build and operate interfaces between SAP and non SAP systems across cloud and on premise environments

- Develop iFlows, APIs, and event-driven integration scenarios

- Implement message mapping, transformation, routing, and enrichment using standard tools, Groovy scripting, and XML/JSON processing

- Build, expose, and consume APIs leveraging API Management and modern security standards (e.g., OAuth2)

- Ensure resilient and operable integrations through logging, monitoring, error handling, and retry mechanisms

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows to ensure performance, stability, and reliability

- Analyze and resolve failed message flows and complex integration issues

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration flows, APIs, architectures, and configurations

- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and data & analytics teams

- Contribute to integration architecture, best practices, and governance standards

- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements

- Stay up to date with the SAP BTP roadmap and evolving integration capabilities
