• At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML Design & development
• Exp in LLM integration evaluation and deployment. Hands-on experience building and maintaining LLM-powered pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph or Llama Index
• Familiar with the landscape of foundation models (GPT Claude Gemini etc.)
• Practical experience designing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines including chunking strategies embedding model selection vector store management (Pinecone Weaviate pgvector) and retrieval quality evaluation.
• Prompt design skills including chain-of-thought few-shot structured output and system prompt engineering; able to document and operationalize prompt strategies as reusable enterprise assets.
