Evoke Technologies - Delivery Manager - Artificial Intelligence

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager AI Solutions & Architecture to lead the design, delivery, and management of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AI technologies, solution architecture, project management, and business processes. This role requires the ability to bridge technical capabilities with business objectives while driving successful implementation of AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Design & Architecture:

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps for AI and GenAI initiatives.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend appropriate solutions to address business challenges.

- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, governance, security, and compliance requirements.

Project & Delivery Management:

- Lead end-to-end AI project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.

- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and budgets.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, developers, and cloud architects.

- Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

Business & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with business leaders to identify AI use cases and transformation opportunities.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.

- Present solution proposals, architecture designs, and project updates to leadership teams.

- Drive alignment between business objectives and technology strategies.

Technical Leadership:

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and engineering teams.

- Establish best practices for AI development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.

- Support innovation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and solution assessments.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles.

- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and enterprise AI solution architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry including model deployment, prompt orchestration, evaluation, and AI application development.

- Proven project management experience with successful delivery of complex technology projects.

- Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational goals and operational processes.

- Experience designing cloud-native solutions on Cloud Platforms.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, AI agents, and conversational AI solutions.

- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and security frameworks.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

- Experience working with data platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

- Relevant cloud or AI certifications are highly desirable.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
