Require an Assistant Manager(Ground Operations) in Hyderabad

• Oversee all aspects of sorting center operations from inbound processing to outbound dispatch.
  
• Ensure consistent compliance with SLAs at the ground level across all operational activities.
  
• Implement and monitor loss control strategies to minimize package discrepancies and operational losses.
  
• Lead and support teams in achieving performance targets and maintaining high service standards.
  
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements to enhance throughput and accuracy.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics or operations management within a high-volume sorting or distribution environment.
  
• Strong understanding of SLA tracking performance metrics and loss prevention methodologies.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive accountability in fast-paced results-oriented settings.
  
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and inform decision-making.
  
• Experience with network operations within a logistics or transportation context is highly preferred.
