Gender: Male

Education: Graduate or Master's degree (any stream)

Experience: 2+ years

Salary: ₹7.2 LPA

Industry: Electrical Capital Goods (e.g. Distribution Panels, Electrical Motors, Switchgears, Circuit Breakers, Power Cables, UPS Systems)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for transformer products
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing team for lead generation and follow-up
  • Liaise with clients to assess their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive business

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical ability to interpret market trends and data
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
