Duties and Responsibilities:
· Aggressively drive the sales numbers and source new business for Home Loans through Builders, DSAs and Open Market.
· Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, and other business partners.
· Generate leads, convert them into sales, and meet sales targets.
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
· Ensure timely disbursal of loans and provide excellent customer service, compliance with all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Graduate/PG in any field with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HL/Lap.
· Knowledge of loan documentation process.
· Male & Females both candidates will be preferred.
· Good communication, extrovert attitude and selling skills is a must.
