Job description
A candidate for the position of Branch Head - Defence Affinity in the Direct Sales - Defence Affinity department with 5-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry. What does the job entail Overseeing the Defence Affinity unit as Branch Head Leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and goals Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds Collaborating with other departments to achieve overall business objectives Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure business continuity Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance
