Planning Engineer

The Planning Engineer plays a crucial role in the precast industry, contributing to the efficient planning and execution of projects. Roles and Responsibilities

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for:

• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocation
• Collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables
• Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitoring project progress, identifying deviations from the plan, and implementing corrective measures as needed
• Utilizing project management tools and software to track and report on project performance
• Communicating project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of planning processes and best practices within the precast industry

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management (preferred)

Certification required

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Primavera P6 certification (preferred)
