Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.

Salary: 12 LPA to 16 LPA

Experience: 10 years of experience in project accounting/financial management. with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Project Accounts to oversee the financial management of multiple projects. The role involves handling project budgeting cost control financial reporting compliance and audit coordination while ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal and statutory standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project accounting preferably within interior fit-outs and MEP-related projects along with proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting for multiple projects
- Prepare and monitor project budgets
- Track project expenses and check if costs are over/under budget
- Prepare financial reports for management
- Work with project teams to understand project progress and costs
- Handle audits and ensure all records are correct and complete
- Ensure compliance with tax rules and accounting policies
- Lead a small accounting team (if required)
- Help analyze project performance (cost profit timelines)

- Vendor and contractor billing
