• Model area Development in coal mill section
• Benchmarking the performance of Coal Mill output with other units
• Based on analysis suggesting method & ways to enhance the performance of coal mill
• Development of two contractor employee as a skill fitter

KRA3 Cost Reduction: Modification in Coal mill section which lead to cost reduction.

• Power Cost Reduction ways & measures to be adopted.
• Proper planning during shutdown to decrease the inventory cost.

KRA4 Safety & WCM: To ensure safety to men & equipment by implementing all safety standards and by conducting CFSA audits, conducting safety observations

• To Implement and WCM work procedures
