• Develop strategies to reduce delinquency rates and increase recoveries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-10 years of experience in NBFC industry with expertise in collections, recovery, collection management, debt management, and recovery management.
• Strong understanding of legal frameworks related to debt collection.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools for efficient workflow management.
