Analyst/Associate/Consultant

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive MIS including revenue analytics P&L BS and Working Capital statements integrating financial and non-financial data for client databases.
  
• Handle- 4-6 clients MIS monthly.
  
• Participate in management discussions with business owners and partners regularly.
  
• Develop annual budgets operating plans and cash flow forecasts for clients monitoring deviations and identifying risks.
  
• Assist with costing/pricing matters and new initiatives including project cash flow preparation and engagement with banks.
  
• Oversee fundraising activities and manage sell-side due diligence for clients.
  
• Coordinate annual audits when necessary.
  

Requirements

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to grasp nuances of different businesses swiftly.
  
• Proficient problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.
  
• Excellent MS Office skills including advanced excel spreadsheet management.
  
• Power BI skills is a plus
  
• Sound financial modeling skills to transform large data volumes into actionable insights.
  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to independently liaise with clients.
  

Qualifications:

CA Inter/ACCA/ CA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
2-3 years of experience.

Required Skills:

8. Others: Assist the reporting manager with various research/special projects. Recommend new ideas approaches and procedures to enhance the efficiency and value of the HR department & the Company Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Create brand awareness: Responsible for planning implementing managing and monitoring companys Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness. Actively manage the Company page on LinkedIn to attract potential resources.
