Job Description:

• Lead delivery and implementation of Channels-related initiatives and programs.

• Manage project scope timelines budgets risks and dependencies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business Operations and Technology functions.

• Ensure project outcomes align with business objectives and strategic priorities.

• Drive governance reporting issue resolution and stakeholder communications.

• Manage delivery within Agile frameworks and leverage Jira for project tracking and reporting.

• Support multi-market and global delivery models while ensuring consistency and quality.

• Facilitate collaboration between regional and global stakeholders.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and delivery challenges proactively.

• Ensure successful implementation adoption and transition to business teams.
