Design Manager – Structure

We are seeking a highly experienced Design Manager - Structure - to join our Real Estate Development team in Lucknow team. The ideal candidate will have 12-19 years of experience in site execution and coordination, with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering. As a Structural Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the structural design process, ensuring site coordination, and contributing to the successful development of our real estate projects.

Experience:

• 12-19 years of experience in structural design and site execution within the Real Estate Development industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As the Design Manager - Structure, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the structural design process from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Leading site coordination efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of structural plans.
• Providing technical guidance and support to the design team, reviewing drawings, and offering innovative solutions to design challenges.
• Collaborating with external stakeholders such as government authorities, consultants, and vendors to facilitate the approval and procurement processes.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, address site-related issues, and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Participating in project meetings, presenting design concepts, and contributing to the overall project strategy and decision-making process.
• Remaining updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation and excellence in structural design.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or BE - Civil Engineering

Certification Required:

No specific certifications required.

• In-depth knowledge of structural principles, loads, building materials, and construction techniques.
• Knowledge of best global practices in building structures.
• Experienced in resolving structural design for complex buildings of diversified usage without sacrificing the architectural and aesthetic of the space.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Hands on with different types of structural systems
• Proficiency in STAAD and similar structural design evaluation software
