Quality Excellence - (Operation Team)

We are looking for a Quality Excellence Specialist to drive a quality-focused culture within the organization, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will lead Lean and Six Sigma projects, develop SOPs, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance overall business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality & Process Improvement

• Establish and promote a quality-driven culture across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with key stakeholders.
• Lead Green Belt projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Compliance

• Develop and maintain SOPs for various operations, including New Business, Underwriting, Persistency, Policy Servicing, and Grievance Management.
• Ensure regular review and updates for central and outsourced processes.

Project & Execution Excellence

• Manage and oversee process enhancement projects with a results-driven approach.
• Foster collaboration and execution excellence within the team.

Skills & Competencies:

• Green Belt certification with expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven project management experience in operational excellence.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, dashboard creation, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
