Junior Sales Engineer

We seek a detail-oriented, entry-level individual to assist with various reporting and administrative tasks within the Sales Engineering team. In this role, you will help with third-party data feeds and provide backup support for our Employee Track program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with enabling, disabling, and configuring new third-party data feeds.
• Troubleshoot and escalate any issues related to third-party data feeds, providing timely solutions.
• Provide general support to third-party data feed providers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Support compliance officers using our Employee Track program, offering assistance and resolving issues as needed.
• Become a subject matter expert on third-party data feeds and our Employee Track program.
• Contribute to creating and improving internal documentation for data fees and Employee Track program processes.
• Manage relationships with clients, third-party data feed providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Take on ad hoc responsibilities from ongoing and operational initiatives within the Sales Engineering team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• Flexible work schedule
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn new software
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong task management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to adapt accordingly to varying audience knowledge levels
• Detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills
