Senior Oracle HCM DevOps

At least 8 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation and Absence Management

Responsibilities and Duties

• 5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM techno/functional testing and production support (inclusive good understanding ITIL process)
• 3+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM implementation or technical support experience
• Strong experience with HCM Extract, BI Reports and OTBI
• Strong experience within HDL (HCM Data Loader), Spreadsheet loader
• Excellent functional knowledge in setting up the lookups, values sets, work structures, area of responsibility and configuration of HCM Process
• Strong knowledge in Fast Formulas, customization of the global data model for the HCM Extracts and Bursting logics
• Very good knowledge in roles and security
• Upgraded knowledge on Redwood Experience
• Hands-on experience with VBCS
• Added advantage: Expertise with bi-directional interfaces for payroll, experience with REST API, SOAP, etc
