• Preparation of BPD (Business Process Document) with AS-IS and TO-BE Documents and get the signoff from Core Team and Process Owner.
• Identify the GAP and done the new developments as per the client requirements.
• Working on incident and change request ticket and enhancement.
• Attend customer call regular basis for new change requirement and support.
• Support Testing team to execute these scenarios and provide Test data to them.
• Analyze the scenarios and Design the same test scenario in HPALM and WORKSOFT
• Participate in meetings to discuss the status and issues.
• Create document for executed scenario and provide KT to other members.
• Prepare Functional specification and helping technical team in TS.
• Work on Vistex ,chareback ,rebate agreement.
• Do S4 HANA
