Lead - Enterprise IT

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the IT Service Management framework across Service Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation, and Continual Service Improvement within the ITIL framework.
• Drive the implementation of the ITSM framework and COBIT Governance Framework in GMR Group.
• Provide strategic direction and goal-setting for IT strategy and operations.
• Lead cross-process compliance and design coordination within the IT operations team and across the GMR organization.
• Manage the service transformation, metrics, reporting, and the overall IT Service delivery for GMR Group.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details

Manage ITSM deployment for Unified IT Service Desk Program

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

• Vendors and Other stakeholders

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interact with employees (local & Other locations) on a regular basis to understand their needs, be respond to them on all their IT related issues

Interact with Accounts & Finance department for Vendor Payments

Interact with all stakeholders in all processes of ITSM for GMR Group

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering Degree or equivalent in an IT or similar discipline from an institute recognized by UGC / AICTE

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

•08-10 years of work experience in IT preferably in Infrastructure or a related domain. Demonstrable experience in process understanding and process improvement.

•Must have strong Communication skills as this position will have direct interaction with senior management

•Vendor management & Management of IT Outsourcing Services for an organization a definite advantag
