We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager - Personal Loan to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, assessing their financial needs, and providing tailored personal loan solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Generate business from assigned DSA and sub DSA channels.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate loan products to meet those needs.
• Conduct detailed financial assessments and evaluations for loan applications.
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, ensuring clarity on terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with credit and underwriting teams to facilitate timely loan approvals and disbursements.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, loan applications, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the personal loan sector.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in relationship management or sales in the financial services sector, preferably in personal loans.
• Strong understanding of loan products, financial markets, and customer needs analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client financial situations and recommend suitable solutions.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management in the lending sector.
