Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media creatives, banners, infographics, logos, brochures, and presentation decks
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create user-friendly designs
• Translate concepts into creative visuals that align with brand guidelines
• Edit and retouch images as needed
• Stay up to date with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback and approval
• Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and consistent across all media

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
• Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
• Ability to adapt to various design styles and brand aesthetics
• Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX is a plus
• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects) are an added advantage

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• 2-5 years of proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work
