Manage Engine Engineer

• Installation and configuration of Manage Engine Products like Endpoint Central, Service Desk,
• OP Manage and others
• Presales presentations, demo and POC of ManageEngine tools at customer site or through MS Teams
• Troubleshoot and Resolve support issues at customer site, raise support tickets with ManageEngine and get them resolved.
• Training and supporting other team members on Manage Engine.
• Preparation of presales documentation and also of Prerequisites required at customer site for installation
• Quarterly Audit of Manage Engine products installed at customer site and share the
• shortcomings and improvements to be made.
• Ensuring support SLA s are being met.
• Logging and closing tickets on an online ticketing system.
• Preparation of sign off documentation and improvement checklist.

Skill Requirements:

Good communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 3 Years experience in the Implementation of Manage Engine or managing.
• Should have own conveyance.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and
• providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within the instructions parameters.
