Cluster Head

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the P&L (Profit & Loss) of the assigned cluster.
• Recommend programs and services by studying the changing needs of the city.
• Identify and anticipate community service trends; evaluate and present options to regional head, business head, and supply chain head.
• Measure and track metrics at the city level; take actions to achieve city-level targets.
• Provide city services by establishing and improving functional structure; delegate authority effectively.
• Maintain city staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by:
• Attending educational workshops
• Reviewing professional publications
• Establishing personal networks
• Participating in professional societies
• Achieve financial objectives by:
• Developing and recommending annual budgets
• Scheduling expenditures
• Analyzing variances
• Initiating corrective actions
• Anticipating long-term challenges
• Enforce board decisions by developing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with central, state, and local laws by:
• Studying existing and new legislation
• Anticipating future changes
• Advising management on necessary actions
• Maintain strong rapport with customers, vendors, and brands by:
• Meeting regularly
• Resolving concerns
• Settling disputes
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-5 years experience in a similar role.
• BE from top institutes.
• MBA would be an added advantage
• An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has Good presentation skills.
• Skills to develop and track budget expenses.
• The skills to resolve conflicts.
• People management skills.
• Adherence to legal compliance.
• Strong analytical skills to set up the right metrics and dashboards to measure.
