FatakPay Digital - Business Manager - BBPS & UPI

Business Development & Partnerships:

- Drive business growth for BBPS and UPI payment solutions.

- Identify and onboard new merchants, aggregators, and strategic partners.

- Build and maintain relationships with banks, payment gateways, and fintech partners.

- Explore new business opportunities in digital payments and lending ecosystems.

BBPS & UPI Operations:

- Manage end-to-end BBPS and UPI payment operations.

- Coordinate with internal product, tech, compliance, and operations teams.

- Monitor transaction success rates, settlement processes, and reconciliation.

- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of payment solutions.

Lending & Fintech Coordination:

- Work closely with lending and collections teams for payment-related solutions.

- Support repayment collection journeys through UPI AutoPay, BBPS, and digital channels.

- Understand customer payment behavior and recommend process improvements.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to RBI, NPCI, and regulatory guidelines related to payments.

- Prepare MIS reports, transaction analysis, and business performance updates.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8-10 years of experience in BBPS, UPI Payments, or Digital Payments domain.

- PGDM / MBA qualification preferred.

- Prior experience in NBFC or Fintech industry is mandatory.

- Lending/payment collection experience preferred.

- Good understanding of NPCI, RBI guidelines, and payment ecosystem.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in merchant acquisition and payment partnerships.

- Knowledge of UPI AutoPay, payment gateway integration, and BBPS operations.

- Exposure to collections or lending repayment products will be an added advantage.
