Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and channel partners.
  • Handle a portfolio of Upper Mid-Market (UMM) clients in North America with strong consultative selling.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products based on client needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, performance strategists, and analytics teams for smooth client experience.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, competitor offerings, and platform changes (especially within Google ecosystem).
  • Maintain KPIs including sales targets, revenue growth, and client retention.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior experience in international sales, especially targeting US/Canada clients.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube); certifications preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in cross-selling, upselling, and consultative B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication skills spoken and written English.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to read campaign data.
  • Experience working night shifts/time zones aligned with North America.

Shift - Complete Night shift, 10 hrs

Working Model - WFO
