Associate Director Supply Chain

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Optimize processes across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment
• Drive supply chain digital transformation initiatives

Team Leadership

• Lead large, geographically distributed teams (central + ground operations)
• Build high-performance supply chain teams and foster collaboration

Operational Excellence

• Ensure efficiency, cost reduction, and service level improvements
• Monitor KPIs like order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, logistics costs

Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify risks (supplier disruptions, logistics bottlenecks) and implement mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards across regions

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage key vendor relationships for procurement and logistics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance)

Technology & Data-Driven Decision Making

• Implement supply chain management software and analytics platforms
• Leverage data to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively
