Project Manager - Medical Devices

Role Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage planning, execution, and coordination of medical device projects
2. Oversee staffing and resources to maximize project success
3. Monitor and adjust project performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and client expectations
4. Conduct risk analysis and mitigate potential issues throughout the project lifecycle

Key Deliverables

1. Develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets from submission to certificate issuance
2. Ensure compliance with Notified Bodies (NB) and accreditation standards
3. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and service quality
4. Support forecasting, invoicing, and documentation of project activities
