Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Strategic Support
- Manage and coordinate the Business Strategist's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Prepare presentations, reports, strategic documents, and executive summaries.
- Conduct research, gather market intelligence, and analyze information to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in tracking business objectives, strategic initiatives, and key organizational priorities.
- Follow up with stakeholders on action items, commitments, and project milestones.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
- Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and escalate risks or delays when necessary.
- Support implementation of business transformation and organizational improvement initiatives.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a liaison between the Business Strategist and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft professional correspondence, presentations, meeting minutes, and business communications.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, strategy reviews, and management discussions.
- Ensure effective communication flow across departments.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare periodic management reports and performance dashboards.
- Analyze business data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and strategic plans.
Administrative Excellence
- Organize and maintain records, files, contracts, and business documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense management, and event planning.
- Ensure timely scheduling and logistics management for executive engagements.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed.
Travel & Coordination Management
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight ticket bookings, hotel reservations, local transportation, and itinerary planning.
- Coordinate visa applications, travel documentation, and related compliance requirements.
- Liaise with travel agencies, embassies, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Coordinate executive visits, business events, and stakeholder meetings.
Qualification and Technical Skills/Competencies:
- Master Degree/Post graduate in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Experience supporting senior leadership, CXOs, founders, or strategic business functions.
- Exposure to project management, business analysis, and executive stakeholder management is preferred.
