Scrum Master

Description:

Scrum Master (6 years of experience) and Location: Mumbai

• Agile Ceremonies Management
• Oversee scrum process and coach the team; facilitate transparency inspection and adaptation
• Lead daily scrum sprint review and planning meetings in a way that ensures full team engagement
• Support the Product Manager and team in release planning
• Leverage sprint retrospectives to improve team performance across every sprint
• Remove impediments (e.g. cultural barriers logistic challenges coordination w/other teams)
• Developing an Agile Culture
• Guide the team and organization on how to use scrum & other Agile practices and methodologies
• Foster close cooperation across all team members encourage cross-training and supporting each other; Create and maintain the appropriate channels for open communication within the scrum team (e.g. tracker boards JIRA) to create a trusting and safe team environment
• Facilitate discussions leading to collective decision-making goal setting and conflict resolution within the team
• Continuously seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability for results and solving productivity issues
• Key Skills
• 5 years of experience in Agile Development preferred with a deep understanding of agile techniques (e.g. User Stories sprint reviews retrospectives etc.)
• At least 1 successfully delivered project using Scum methodology in the role as Scrum Master
• At least 3 successfully delivered technical projects with experience in software development and/or project management
• A relevant scrum certification would be a plus.
