Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and follow up on assigned leads regularly.
• Understand customer requirements and build trust by suggesting the right product.
• Sell membership packages over the phone and achieve sales targets and quality parameters.
• Explain product features, usage, and benefits to customers.
• Encourage customers to upgrade or renew their matrimony packages.
• Address customer issues or grievances and ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
• Capture insights from customer interactions and share with internal teams.
• Adhere strictly to process requirements and company guidelines.
