Job Title: Manager - AWS Managed Solutions Sales.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager - AWS Managed Solutions Sales to drive revenue growth for our AWS cloud and managed services portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for enterprise sales, building a strong pipeline, managing key accounts, and leading strategic client engagements. This managerial role requires ownership of revenue targets, client acquisition strategy, and collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive revenue targets for AWS Managed Services and Cloud Solutions.

- Develop and execute regional and national sales strategies.

- Identify and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients.

- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, solution pitching, negotiations, and closures.

- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers.

- Collaborate closely with AWS alliance teams and internal pre-sales/technical teams.

- Lead strategic proposals, RFP responses, and commercial discussions.

- Track sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting.

- Mentor and guide junior sales team members (if applicable).

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in IT/Cloud/Managed Services Sales (preferably AWS).

- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of AWS services (Compute, Storage, Migration, DevOps, Security, Managed Services).

- Experience handling enterprise clients and long sales cycles.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.

- Must have AWS certification (Practitioner/Solution Architect).
