Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome new customers and create detailed Member Profiles.
• Search, screen, and shortlist relevant profiles; establish rapport with clients and initiate meetings between members to create Success Stories.
• Maintain strong relationships with assigned customer portfolio, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
• Deliver the right Elite experience while providing consistent quality service.
• Acquire new customers while managing existing client relationships.

• Excellent command of Malayalam and fluency in English.
• Strong customer service experience with aptitude for sales.
• High emotional intelligence and client management skills.
• Punctuality, professional presentation, and executive presence.
• Effective oral and written communication, listening, and influencing skills.
• Empathy, self-driven, initiative, and ability to manage stress.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to client management needs.
