D365 CE + Mulesoft integration

We are seeking a skilled professional for the D365 CE + Mulesoft integration role in India, ideally with 4-5 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and system connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions between D365 CE and various applications using Mulesoft.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, including technical specifications and user guides.
• Participate in the testing and validation of integration solutions to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) functionalities and architecture.
• Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including API design and development.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services for integration purposes.
• Knowledge of data mapping and transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, and other data interchange formats.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
