As a Payment Lifecycle Associate II within Payments Operations you will play a critical role in ensuring the firms largest and most time-sensitive payment positions are accurately managed controlled and communicated. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of Treasury Payments and Risk where your insights directly influence decision-making and financial outcomes across the organization. Within the Cash Asset Management Utility a firmwide function spanning 160 professionals across seven global locations you will contribute to delivering resilient scalable cash management solutions that enable the firm to safely manage its balance sheet.



Job responsibilities

  • Own and oversee large-value currency positions ensuring precision timeliness and data integrity
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies; proactively manage risk through escalation and resolution
  • Operate with a strong control mindset; ensure issues are owned and resolved end-to-end
  • Support supervisory processes aligned with regulatory expectations (e.g. Series 99)
  • Communicate clearly and credibly with stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborate with service leads operations and change teams to improve outcomes and enhance service delivery
  • Lead/contribute to initiatives that reduce manual exceptions enhance data quality and increase operational resilience
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and strengthen the end-to-end process
  • Contribute to team coverage in a dynamic global operating model
  • Support a collaborative and inclusive culture by sharing best practices and ideas
