Coherent - Salesforce Techno-Functional Analyst

Job Description :

- Serve as a techno-functional subject matter expert for Salesforce applications

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions

- Configure and support Salesforce features, objects, flows, and automation

- Manage and support data quality, integrations, reporting, and analytics

- Partner with business users to optimize processes and improve user adoption

- Support production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Collaborate with developers on solution design, testing, and deployment

- Contribute to AI-driven use cases, automation, and agent-based capabilities on the Salesforce platform.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- 5 to 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce applications as a Techno-Functional Analyst

- Strong technical and functional analytical skills, including :

a. Salesforce configuration and customizations

b. Data management and integrations

c. Business process analysis and support

d. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salesforce Expertise :

- Proven, hands-on experience with :

a. Sales Cloud

b. Service Cloud

c. Field Service (FSL)

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform architecture

- Experience with AI, Einstein features, and agentic/automation capabilities within Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder preferred)

- Experience working in a large, global enterprise environment

- Familiarity with integrations (e.g. ERP systems, APIs, middleware)

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership mindset.

Working Conditions :

- The work mode of Finisar India is Hybrid i.e. 3 days at office or current working policy.
