Bounteous - Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Prepare BRD, FRD, and user stories.

- Work closely with stakeholders (business & IT teams).

- Understand and manage end-to-end trade lifecycle.

- Support UAT/SIT testing and defect resolution.

- Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.

- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions.

Required Skills :

- 6-9 years of Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets.

- Strong knowledge of financial products (Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX).

- Good understanding of trade lifecycle (front, middle, back office).

- Experience in requirement documentation and Agile methodology.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel (mandatory).

- Knowledge of regulatory reporting (preferred).

Good to Have :

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence.

- Exposure to investment banking systems.
