Senior Power Platform Developer

Role Overview :

As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise-grade applications that drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, business analysts, and key stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into robust, scalable digital solutions. Your work will directly influence how organizations manage data, automate workflows, and leverage artificial intelligence to solve critical business challenges, ensuring seamless integration across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance Canvas and Model-driven applications to streamline business operations for enterprise clients.

- Design and manage complex data schemas within Dataverse to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance for large-scale applications.

- Integrate advanced AI capabilities, including Copilot and AI Builder, into business workflows to enhance user productivity and automate decision-making processes.

- Lead technical design reviews and code audits to maintain high standards of application quality and adherence to best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on platform capabilities to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and implement automated solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, and Dataverse.

- Proven ability to implement and configure AI Builder models and Copilot features to solve real-world business problems.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and project managers.

- Extensive experience working in a professional services environment, managing multiple project streams with a focus on delivery timelines.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or office-based environment across our locations in Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune, or Coimbatore.

- Minimum of 6 to 11 years of hands-on experience in software development and platform configuration within the Microsoft ecosystem.
