What You'll Do :

- Design, build, and optimize multi-agent systems that orchestrate complex lending workflows.

- Architect and expand our Knowledge Graph to encode domain expertise across credit, risk, and banking operations.

- Develop and refine the Reasoning Layer that enables deterministic, auditable AI outputs.

- Collaborate closely with domain experts to translate lending logic into scalable AI components.

- Ship production-grade code that directly impacts customers and drives measurable value.

- Stay current with advances in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and graph-based AIand bring relevant innovations into our stack.

What We're Looking For :

Experience & Skills :

- 2 years of hands-on experience building multi-agentic platforms or complex AI/ML systems.

- Demonstrated experience working with Knowledge Graphs (construction, querying, reasoning).

- Sharp programming skills in Python; familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.

- Strong problem-solving abilityyou break down ambiguous problems and ship solutions fast.

- Native Vibe Coder : You leverage AI-assisted development tools fluently to amplify your output.

Mindset :

- A relentless drive to create valuefor customers, for the team, for the product.

- Curiosity to go deep into lending/banking domain and become a domain-aware engineer.

- Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage startup.

- Strong ownership mentalityyou see things through from idea to production.
