Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow App Engine Developer with 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience and expertise in building custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in application development, workflow automation, integrations, and ServiceNow platform customization to deliver scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
- Build and maintain scoped applications, custom tables, forms, and modules.
- Develop workflows and process automations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Catalog Workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Configure notifications, approvals, SLAs, and automated business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
- Support application upgrades, enhancements, and production deployments.
Required Skills :
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience developing custom applications and scoped applications.
- Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Experience with Service Catalog and Record Producers.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP web services and integrations.
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
