GeBBS - Technical Lead - Data Science

Skillset Requirements :

- Experience : 5 to 10 years in data science

- Programming : Minimum 5 years in Python

- Machine Learning/NLP : At least 4 years

- LLM & GenAI : Minimum 1.5 years with large language models and generative AI

- Database Management : At least 2 years with any database

- Cloud Deployment : 1+ years deploying ML models/Python apps on Azure or AWS

- LLMOps : Familiarity is a plus

Role and Responsibilities :

- Leadership : Lead development, deployment, and optimization of ML, NLP, and LLM/GenAI solutions

- Pipeline Development : Develop and maintain Python-based ML pipelines; manage associated databases

- Model Deployment : Deploy AI models on Azure/AWS, ensuring performance and scalability

- Mentorship : Stay updated on ML, NLP, and GenAI advancements; mentor team members

- Best Practices : Implement LLMOps best practices for efficient model lifecycle management
