Full Stack Consultant/Principal Consultant -.Net/AngularJS

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant / Principal Consultant Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality systems and takes end-to-end ownership of delivery. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on development, system design, and technical leadership, with the ability to drive code quality, architectural decisions, and overall engineering excellence across both backend and frontend applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET and Angular technologies.

- Own features and modules end-to-end, from solution design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.

- Architect and implement microservices and distributed systems aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API.

- Build responsive, high-performance frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx.

- Apply Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to deliver maintainable and scalable solutions.

- Leverage Azure cloud services including App Services, Functions, API Management, and Service Bus.

- Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database components to ensure application performance and reliability.

- Implement unit testing and quality-focused development practices to ensure robust and maintainable code.

- Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor team members on best practices.

- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders in Agile delivery environments.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, scalability, and security.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote engineering excellence across the development team.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience building and delivering end-to-end web applications.

- Strong hands-on expertise in:

1. C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API

2. Angular (16+), TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx

- Solid experience designing microservices and distributed systems, with ability to make architecture and design decisions.

- Strong understanding and practical application of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

- Experience working with Azure cloud services, including App Service, Functions, API Management, and Service Bus.

- Strong SQL skills with experience in writing optimized queries and stored procedures.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit/nUnit, Jest) and driving quality-focused development practices.

- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (Nx is a plus).

- Demonstrated ability to own features/modules end-to-end, from design through development to production deployment.

- Experience in leading or mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and improving engineering standards and best practices.

- Strong experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Playwright or other end-to-end testing tools.

- Exposure to Vertical Slice Architecture.

- Experience optimizing Angular applications at scale.

- Exposure to event-driven architecture or messaging systems.
