At Pocket FM, we're not just creating content — we're building binge-worthy audio worlds for millions of listeners who spend 100+ minutes a day with our stories. And we need someone who can make good scripts which are unforgettable.

If grammar mistakes annoy you, weak dialogues bother you, and you secretly rewrite scenes in your head — keep reading!!

What you'll drive:

  • Shape scripts to make them tighter, sharper, more impactful
  • Fix grammar, flow, clarity & factual misses
  • Use Gen AI tools smartly (and creatively!) to localise & refine content
  • Punch up dialogues, narration & SFX for emotional impact
  • Collaborate with writers & production to level up every story
  • Ensure content is culturally sensitive & audience-ready

This role will suit you well if you:

  • Are a Graduate or postgraduate in English, Literature, Media, Communication, or a related field.
  • Love storytelling and have strong English (written + verbal)
  • Can switch between writing & editing without missing a beat
  • Are Familiar with Gen AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) and have the ability to refine AI-generated scripts.
  • Are comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets & Slides
  • Enjoy brainstorming and shaping content strategy
