Enterprise Architect - MS Dynamics

Job Description :

- Minimum 3- 5 years in a Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect role on large, multi-entity or multi-country D365 F&O programs.

- Strong experience with end-to-end implementations involving finance, procurement, inventory/warehousing, and project accounting for hospitals, clinic chains, diagnostics networks, or healthcare service organizations.

- Proven track record with USA and/or India rollouts, including localization for US and Indian finance, tax, and statutory requirements.

- Demonstrable experience in designing and governing integrations with EMR/EHR, HIS, LIS, pharmacy, or insurance/payer platforms and healthcare ISVs.

- Consulting or partner background with substantial client-facing responsibilities, including steering committees and executive stakeholder management.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors or masters degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; healthcare, life-sciences, or supply chain certifications are an advantage.

- Deep understanding of D365 F&O/F&SCM capabilities across GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Project accounting, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory & Warehouse, and basic manufacturing where relevant.

- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in healthcare finance and operations (e.g., controls around patient-related financial data, audit trails, contract management for insurers and TPAs).

- Hands-on experience with LCS and Azure DevOps for requirements, backlog, builds, and releases, understanding of Azure integration services and Power Platform for healthcare-adjacent solutions.

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to engage both business (finance, operations, clinicians) and technical teams across USA and India.

- Microsoft certifications in D365 (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-330, MB-700)
