Senior Functional Analyst - SAP OTC

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SAP Order to Cash (OTC) Functional Analyst to design, configure, and implement creative solutions leveraging SAP OTC capabilities (contracts, pricing, sales/service orders, shipping, invoicing, AR/cash collection).

You will collaborate in Agile scrum teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions across multiple platforms.

Preferred candidate profile :

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

- 6+ years of SAP implementation experience (manufacturing/services).

- SAP SD certification preferred.

Skill Set Required :

- Hands-on OTC configuration in S/4 HANA 1809+ (at least one full implementation/migration).

- Strong expertise in SAP SD & LE with integration to FI, MM, PP.

- Activation of Fiori apps.

- Deep knowledge of SD OTC cycle processes (Master Data, Contracts, Pricing, Billing, AR, Cash Application, Revenue Recognition).

- Experience with EDI processes (810, 846, 850, 855, 865).

- Exposure to complex contract/pricing structures (e.g., GPO contracts).

- Knowledge of service work orders, compliance requirements, and rental solutions.

- Ability to identify BAPIs, User Exits, BADIs; strong API integration knowledge.

- Experience in Greenfield/Brownfield projects.

- Agile delivery experience with multitasking ability.

- Involvement in cutover, data migration, and documentation activities.
