PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - CSR

Description

We are seeking a Project Development Manager for our CSR initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of CSR projects, ensuring they align with our corporate values and contribute positively to the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSR project plans to align with the company's strategic goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including community leaders and NGOs, to identify and assess project needs.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress and impact, ensuring alignment with CSR objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Lead a team of project coordinators and volunteers to execute CSR initiatives effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in CSR or community development.
• Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports for project evaluation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
