SAP TM Consultant - S/4 HANA Environments

Role Overview:

As an SAP Transport Management Consultant, you will spearhead the design, configuration, and deployment of end-to-end logistics solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA environment. You will act as a bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of transport processes. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of global supply chain networks, ensuring that our clients achieve greater visibility, cost reduction, and operational agility in their logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and configure SAP TM solutions within S/4 HANA to align with client-specific logistics and transportation requirements.

- Lead full-cycle SAP implementations, managing the transition from requirement gathering and blueprinting to final system go-live and hyper-care support.

- Collaborate with business process owners to translate logistical pain points into scalable, automated SAP workflows that improve freight management and planning.

- Conduct comprehensive system testing and integration validation to ensure high-performance delivery across complex supply chain modules.

- Provide expert-level guidance to internal teams and clients on best practices for SAP TM, ensuring long-term system stability and scalability.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP TM, with a proven track record of managing complex transportation scenarios including freight order management, planning, and settlement.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA environments, specifically regarding the integration of TM with EWM, SD, and MM modules.

- Possess 7 - 13 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects, showcasing the ability to handle large-scale enterprise deployments.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across all levels of the organization.

- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to the fast-paced, on-site work environment in Chennai.

- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration, complemented by a strong analytical mindset.
