About the Role :

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce testing and exposure to Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless integrations, and maintaining high-quality standards across the application lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and integration workflows involving Salesforce and Workday.

- Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications and integrations.

- Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce functionalities, including workflows, validations, data processing, and integrations.

- Validate inbound and outbound data flows between Salesforce and Workday systems.

- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure quality deliverables.

- Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and release activities.

- Execute regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing activities.

- Analyze production issues and support defect triaging during deployment cycles.

- Prepare test reports, maintain test evidence, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with QA processes, testing standards, and release management practices.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and product quality.

Preferred Background :

- 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce QA and Testing.

- 3 months to 1 year of experience working with Workday integrations.

- Experience in enterprise application testing and integration validation.

- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and shift-based environment.
